Andy’s has an impressive career spanning over 25 years which encompasses extensive work across the entire well lifecycle, including design, construction, intervention, and decommissioning, both onshore and offshore.
Andy brings a wealth of drilling experience, having successfully planned and managed onshore and offshore drilling programmes for BP, DeNovo, and Trinity. While at BP, he held full accountability for the planning and execution of platform wells on the Magnus and Andrew fields, including complex infill and EOR campaigns. He is adept at reviewing drilling programmes for completeness, operational practicality, regulatory compliance, and alignment with industry best practice. His broader expertise includes field development planning, well design integration, and navigating regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
He has deep experience in managing rig performance, negotiating contracts, and leading incident response plans, including High Potential (HiPo) events.
An experienced, PMP-certified, Upstream project professional, a natural integrator with a core discipline in wells and first-hand development experience from the reservoir to Downstream and from concept to project delivery.
