During his career with bp and Shell, Keith held a number of senior leadership roles responsible for major capital project delivery, subsea systems, offshore production developments and global project organizations across North America, Europe, Africa and Australia. He has led multi billion dollar project portfolios and large multidisciplinary teams, supporting projects from early field development and concept selection through execution, start-up and operations.
Keith is recognized for his expertise in project delivery, technical assurance, organizational leadership, contracting strategy and the recovery of complex or underperforming projects. He also has extensive experience leading large-scale organizational transformation programs, including the design and operational implementation of global delivery organizations focused on improving efficiency, standardization, collaboration and project performance across geographically dispersed teams.
In addition to his upstream experience, Keith led bp’s global green hydrogen program, progressing multiple international projects through early development and concept optimization.
Keith previously served as an Executive Board Member of the ECC Association from 2022 to 2025 and is currently completing the AI for Senior Leaders programme at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focused on leadership, artificial intelligence and organizational transformation.
He is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (CEng FIMechE).
