Neil is a geologist who has worked in all parts of the upstream oil and gas business, He has worked on appraisal and development of major gas projects in Egypt, Algeria, Indonesia and Australia. Neil spent the last 12 years of his career at BP in Exploration Assurance and New Ventures. Neil has extensive experience in technical leadership of multidisciplinary teams in support of a full range of oil and gas activities, including exploration, CO2 disposal, resource assessments, due diligence, and appraisal/development planning.
Neil has a First Class Geology Degree from the University of Liverpool and a Ph.D. from the University of Sheffield.
