Owen is Rockflow’s  Facilities, Developments & Integration Engineer, and expert in cost estimation, providing technical definitions of facilities and field layouts, well paths etc, with associated cost and schedule estimates relevant for the various stage gate processes.

Owen is a mechanical engineer with over 48 years’ industry experience gained at BP and subsequently as a consultant for ADIL/Schlumberger, with core skills in mechanical engineering, process engineering, well engineering, and planning, and is a certified trainer in field development planning.

He holds an BSc in mechanical engineering from Southampton University.
