Executive Advisor
Pete is an Executive Advisor to Rockflow on Development Project Management. Pete brings senior management level expertise in facilities engineering, having been the project manager of numerous oil field development projects from initiation through to execution and start-up. Pete also provides expert witness services in the field of project management and execution.

Pete has over 30 years of international oilfield engineering and project management experience across a wide range of development types and in all global regions. Pete was previously Vice President of Facilities and Projects, Project Director, Development Director for the Al Shaheen oil field, and Chief Process Engineer at Maersk Oil; Manager for Major Projects for the offshore Idd El Shargi Field at Qatar Energy (Conceptual, FEED and Execute phases); and Project Manager on a wide variety of development projects for Shell Global Solutions.

Pete holds a 1st Class B.Eng in Chemical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and has an Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence.
