With extensive experience in preparing expert reports and having testified as an expert herself—both in international arbitrations and in the London High Court—Zoe has a clear understanding of the requirements for, and challenges faced by, expert witnesses. She leverages this experience to ensure the provision of independent opinions and to support the delivery of expert reports of the highest quality and credibility.
Zoe began her career with ExxonMobil, working at the UK’s then-largest refinery in Fawley. After completing several technical and operational roles, she moved to the consultancy Gaffney Cline and Associates, where she acted as Project Manager on a range of multidisciplinary assignments. These included the valuation of refining assets, assessment of crude oil pricing, promotion of emerging gas monetisation technologies, and advising governments on the optimal development of natural gas resources.
Since 2013, Zoe has worked as an independent contractor in the industry, continuing to deliver a variety of consulting projects while also building a credible presence in the expert witness field—both as a testifying expert herself and also in identifying other experts.
Zoe holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Nottingham and has completed a management training programme at London Business School. She is a member of the Energy Institute and regularly delivers training courses on their behalf.
