Undertaking a subsurface transformation to thrive in the digital age: blueprint and barriers
The business case supporting oil and gas companies to transform is exponentially increasing as the benefits of the digital age lead to improved business insights, low-cost operatorship and high employee engagement. The risks from failing to transform are also increasing as legacy systems struggle to handle increasing volumes of data with a need for higher data quality.
Lewis Gillhespy will be sharing a practical approach to successful digital transformation in the sector.
